Tailored Futures delivers a bespoke service for ex-offenders to assist them to reintegrate back into the community.

About us

Founded in 2014, Tailored Futures CIC aims to provide service users with the tools that enable them to meet everyday challenges through the provision of personalised service, tailored to each client’s needs. Since we became operational, we have delivered services to Brent council’s Looked-After young people assisting with their transition into independent living. We have also worked with Prospects on one of their big lottery projects, ‘Fixed 4 Your Futures’ delivering life skills to young people. In 2016, we secured a contract with National Probation Service (NPS), working with high-risk ex-offenders living in Approved Premises (AP). Our role within the AP is to assist the service users with resettling back into the community. During our short time working with NPS, we have successfully supported service users into education and training, full-time paid employment across a range of industries; from fitness to hospitality and construction. We have also supported many service users, finding safe and secure accommodation. As a direct result of our work, very few, if any of the service users that have engaged with us go on to re-offend.
