Meet Trinity Kilde, your director of content creation! Trinity is a junior studying marketing, advertising, and graphic design Her favorite event is conference! She loves having the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of inspiring speakers and being able to build valuable connections with other WIB members! Trinity loves being part of a club that is so encouraging and full of like-minded women. She thinks it’s inspiring to be surrounded by a community that supports each other’s growth and success while sharing similar goals and passions. In her free time, you can find Trinity hanging out with friends and family, spending time at the lake, and running! Trinity is very excited about the new opportunities for growth and collaboration that the upcoming school year will bring for WIB! We have some great ideas and events lined up, and she can’t wait to see them come to life!

Meet Maggy Boyce, your director of mentorship! Maggy is a senior studying business management & communication. She is so excited to welcome in new members and watch upperclassmen girls encourage and lead the underclassmen! Her favorite event is conference. She always leave with so much wisdom, insight, and deeper connections with her peers! In her free time, you can find her running, playing games, & getting outside! She loves WIB because of the way it unites women in the CCOB. It provides a space to push each other in personal and professional goals, learn more about the business world, and gain community on campus!! It truly provides a space for girls to belong on campus

Meet Sydney Skees, your director of marketing! Sydney is a senior studying marketing, advertising, and entrepreneurship. Her favorite event is our conference every year! Sydney believes that being able to network & learn from amazing women about their faith, family, and careers is always motivating & inspiring. She also loves being able to spend time the club members at this event! Sydney admires WIB’s emphasis on a professional environment that integrates faith, academic success, friendship, and hard work. She is very grateful for such an uplifting community of like minded women. She believes WIB has been one of the best parts of her college experience! In her free time, you can find Sydney spending time with her friends & family, being active, or being outdoors! Sydney is very excited to grow and learn alongside both new and existing club members & to make WIB a valuable part of their college careers!

Meet Autumn Askim, your director of development! Autumn is a junior studying business administration with a minor in christian studies. Her favorite WIB event is conference. She thinks it’s such an amazing opportunity to hear and learn from industry professionals as well as connect with them and other ladies within the club. It’s definitely one of her favorite days of the school year! Autumn loves WIB’s purpose and sense of community. Coming into college she was really nervous and WIB created a space for her to learn, grow, and meet some really awesome ladies that love the Lord and are passionate about their careers. In her free time, you can find Autumn spending time with her friends and family, hiking, hanging out at the beach, going to concerts, and traveling! Autumn is looking forward to getting to know all of the ladies in the club and create relationships with them this year! WIB has easily been her most favorite part of college and where she has met so many incredible girls. She is so excited to get to know everyone and create fun memories together!

Meet Maddie Sheron, your director of events! Maddie is a senior studying marketing and advertising. Her favorite event is the Suns Game and Women of the Valley Conference! Maddie believes being able to network with Women professionals and hear their journey is always so motivating & to be followed by a Suns Game makes the whole afternoon so much fun! Maddie loves how WIB fosters professionalism, academic success, friendships, and overall growth among women! She is very grateful for such an uplifting community where encouragement is so powerful. In her free time, you can find Maddie playing pickle-ball or any card game, spending time with friends and family, and soaking in the sunshine on an adventure! Maddie is excited to connect with both new and existing club members and plan enjoyable events that foster a motivating culture!

Meet Megan Brown, your secretary and treasurer! Megan is a sophomore studying Business Entrepreneurship. Her favorite memory is last years ‘Girls on the Green’ Event! She thought it was an amazing networking session as well as a fun way to learn more about golf and how it applies to business! Megan loves the sense of community and empowerment that WIB brings to college women. She also loves that WIB offers so many networking opportunities and practical applications for business majors. In her free time, you can find Megan spending time with friends and family, going on a run, or discovering a new coffee shop! Megan is looking forward to meeting and connecting with new WIB members. She is also very excited for this years conference!

Meet Gabby Kraemer, your vice president! Gabby is a junior studying Business Management. Her favorite memory was the Club Kickoff Event from her freshman year! It was the first time she was surrounded by so many likeminded women who wanted to see each other succeed, she was very inspired! Gabby is passionate about empowering others to pursue their goals and loves that WIB does just that! She believes that WIB provides community & connections that will last long after college. She is very thankful for the opportunity to learn from and grow with such talented women! In her free time, you can find Gabby spending time with friends and family, playing pickle-ball, and being outdoors! Gabby is looking forward to connecting with and learning alongside women in the club! The business world can be very intimidating, but her goal is that every girl feels valued in this space, and equipped to further their careers!

Meet Kennedy Herschberger, your president! Kennedy is a senior studying finance and business analytics. Her favorite event is the WIB Kickoff! She loves getting to see new and familiar faces. Kennedy thinks this event always makes for a great start to the year! She believes that WIB has been one of the greatest joys of her college experience. She is thankful for the community it has brought her and loves collaborating with motivated girls! Kennedy values being surrounded by girls who want to glorify the Lord. She could go on for hours about the reasons she loves this club! In her free time, you can find her surrounded by friends and family. Specifically in her hometown of Indiana, she enjoys being at the lake, playing volleyball, or pickleball! Kennedy is looking forward to Girls on the Green, our golf event! She is looking forward to leading this club well and meeting amazing girls along the way!
