We had an incredible time at our Northwestern Mutual – Downtown Milwaukee Holiday Soiree. The evening was filled with laughter, delicious food, and great company as we celebrated the season and reflected on a fantastic year. Thank you to all our leaders, advisors and teammates who came out and made this night so special. Here’s to many more celebrations and successes together. 

Happy Throwback Thursday! This week we are looking back to our time with St. Joan Antida High School attending their annual “Spaghetti with the Sisters!” Leaders from our firm enjoyed a delicious meal with their families. Money raised from the event goes towards the student’s tuition-easing the financial burden for students and their families. In the greater Milwaukee area, we are fortunate to have a diverse number of organizations to support! Thank you to Ellen Hopper, Lyndsey Sheridan (Hyde), and René H. on letting us be part of this unique (and delicious) event!

He shared a “financial checklist” of ideas for 2025 with fantastic tips like paying off debt, coordinating ROTH conversions, working with an advisor to create a plan, and sticking to a budget to promote savings. What a day filled with empowerment, laughs, and lots of snow! Last month, in collaboration with Northwestern Mutual Southern Wisconsin, our offices hosted a Women’s Development Retreat at the Red Circle Inn in Nashotah! Empowering words regarding the STRENGTH of women in Northwestern Mutual came from Johannah Karstedt St. John, VP of Field Diversity and Inclusion. Jodi Nolte, PMP, Senior Program Manager of Philanthropy conducted a Beads of Courage, Inc. activity that invited everyone to make strands of beads for children battling cancer, as a symbol of hope. Rebecca L. Porter and Sherri Schickert of Collaborative Strategic Consulting Partners hosted a workshop on “Being Part of High Performing Teams” that highlighted how women make a difference. Lastly, Marissa Savino Williams highlighted her client approach and shared stories on how she navigated her career.   Our firms invest back into our teams to encourage growth, both professionally and personally!
