These following tips from you both were so helpful!: 💭 Flowery language and merely talking about reaching diverse audiences are no longer sufficient for millennial and Gen Z demographics. These groups are more invested than ever in buying from brands that align with their values. To walk the walk, brands need to reach out to the communities they are trying to engage in meaningful ways. A great example mentioned was Hinge's research lab and survey ➡️ Hinge 2023 Date Report: Hinge 2023 Date Report 💭 Don't just talk about what your brand is going to do—do the work first. Workshop ideas with your team, launch the framework, and recap what you've done, whether it's making the workplace more inclusive or improving your product. 💭 If a ball gets dropped, state the plan with timelines and the actions your organization is taking. But don't stop there. Make transparency a priority, discuss those opportunities for growth in depth, and thank the community for bringing your pitfalls to the forefront! 🎉🎉🎉
