After spending decades saving historic buildings in Cincinnati's urban core, we are now the largest privately held market rate developer and real estate company in Over-the-Rhine, with presence in surrounding neighborhoods such as East Walnut Hills and Covington.

We are thrilled to be working on this project alongside our partners City Studios Architecture, BE NKY Growth Partnership, Kenton County Fiscal Court, City of Covington, Kentucky, Blue North, Kentucky Heritage Council / State Historic Preservation Office, and many other local companies and funders supporting this impactful project!
Finally getting a chance to fully check out the SparkHaus renderings... great work by City Studios Architecture, led by Chantelle Noble and Deanna Heil, and by Urban Sites, led by Greg Olson, Daniel Lipson, Will Yokel, and Kate Greene! Creating this platform for Blue North, led by Dave Knox, and positioning eGateway Capital and other funders in close proximity to entrepreneurs and innovators will have a significant catalytic effect on the City of Covington, Kentucky, and Northern Kentucky!
