“This is a capstone project south of Liberty Street. It has been a dream of mine for nearly 25 years," said Greg Olson, principal and CEO at Urban Sites, who spoke exclusively with the Business Courier about the project. The project will also be Urban Sites' largest development in the neighborhood to date, significant for a firm that was one of the original authors of its revitalization, preceding the formation of Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., or 3CDC, by more than a decade. “Over the years, we’ve successfully revitalized much of the surrounding area,” Greene said. “This project now represents the final piece in transforming the Walnut Street corridor between Central and Liberty.” We could not be more excited about the work we are doing alongside Triversity Construction to bring this project to life!
