We’ve got some exciting things in the works at Special Sauce and we need a salesperson to join the team to help drive the action. This person will be tasked with identifying leads, doing cold outreach, and closing sales. Don’t worry, the product solves a real problem and we’ll arm you with all the product knowledge, scripts, and marketing materials to be successful, you just have to bring ferocious intensity to prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to land clients. Hiring your first AE? Here's what to look for: ✅ Self-prospecting experience is a must! Ideally, they’ve been an SDR before or have recent hands-on prospecting experience. ✅ Fast career growth and consistent promotions show ambition. You want someone who could maybe even evolve into a player/coach as your team scales. At least a mentor. ✅ Ownership mindset – find someone who’s eager to drive both their personal growth and your company’s success. ✅ Track record of hitting quota for 3-4 years is key.
