Reminder: Your Broken Pieces are Not a Weakness. They're a strength. I've always believed in the power of vulnerability. Sharing our broken pieces not only heals us but also inspires others. For me, those broken pieces are my deep self-doubt and imposter syndrome. There have been many times when I've questioned my abilities, feeling like a fraud despite my achievements. It's a struggle I've faced for years. But I've learned that acknowledging these feelings and sharing them openly can be incredibly liberating. It's a reminder that we are all human, and it's okay to have moments of doubt. Embracing these emotions has allowed me to connect with others on a deeper level and fostered a sense of community and understanding. Take a moment today to acknowledge your own journey. You're stronger than you think. https://lnkd.in/g-S48Kqj #mentalhealthawarness #healingquotes #healingart #positivevibes #art #poetry

Here’s some airport musing, an attempt at poetry with my coffee and some time in hand: The Power of Conversations One conversation at a time, It will heal, layer by layer, It resolves the doubts and the fears, And mends the heart's deepest tears. One conversation at a time, It will clarify, shadows of confusion, It will align our truths, And bring clarity to our vision. One conversation at a time, It will renew, bonds both old and new, It will strengthen connections, And let understanding ensue. Appreciate your reflections in the comments section

“Freedom is an essential ingredient to love, setting proper boundaries and healthy relationships. When we feel like any kind of relationship infringes upon or reduces our freedom, we naturally resent this. When we feel like we are losing our freedom, we tend to withdraw so we can express our freedom and individually elsewhere, unimpeded. In order to be secure and comfortable in a relationship, we must know that the other person has freely chosen to be with us out of desire, instead of need or necessity. The only way to know if someone has chosen us freely and enthusiastically is to give them the space and time to choose us, someone else or no one at all.” ~ Coach Corey Wayne Get Quotes, Ruminations & Contemplations Volume 2 FREE with an Audible trial:

Let our words this week be more than mere vessels of information; let them include contents of empathy, understanding, and connection. Let us reach out across the divide of words and touch the hearts of our readers and listeners stirring within them a specific kind of feeling and emotions. In the journey of your words this week, let love be your guiding star, shedding light to the path ahead with its gentle glow. Let compassion be your compass, guiding us through the darkest of nights and the stormiest of seas. And as we go about writing and speaking, let us remember that it is not the words themselves that hold power, but the emotions they evoke and the connections they create. So let us write with passion, with purpose, and with the unwavering belief that our words have the power to move mountains and touch souls. For in the end, it is not our prose nor the poetry neither the vocabulary that truly matters, but the depth of feeling and the sincerity of expression that we infuse into every word, every sentence, and every paragraph. It's another Monday again to be up and doing something positive, Have a wonderful week ahead.

You are right where you need to be. If the same lessons keep coming, you have not learned them yet. If the same pains keeps hurting, you have not healed them yet. If the same negative thoughts keep coming, you have not denied them yet. You ARE on the right path. Hi friend, Almost nothing matters more to me than feeling present, connected, & creative. I've likely said this to you before. These three qualities matter because they are my checkboxes for knowing and feeling alive. It's easy to lose track of that, somehow. Does that happen to you, too? I'm too easily lost in the minutiae of daily life, the grind. Writing is my practice of bringing awareness to what is. For example, this week I wrote a love poem. In the midst of a major relationship shift, it feels crucial to remember that love is the reason I'm here. Love is why I'm doing this hard work of challenging habituated patterns, desperately trying to become a more skillful human and partner. Working on the poem helps me connect with feeling love. Creating helps me become present at a painful time. This week, I learned about protactile language while exploring the work of deafblind poet John Lee Clark. Protactile is a language of touch and movement. Watching Mr. Clark communicate with a group of people brought me to tears. The piece is all the things: present, connected, and creative. What's radical about the practice of present, connected, and creative is that it is here and now. It is in opposition to absent/disassociated, disconnected, and stuck. It directs attention toward what is good in our lives. If it's helpful for you, I share it gladly. #PaviniMoray #HowToHoldPower #GlitterJoyrideSubstack #Somatics #TraumaHealing #LiberationWriting #TendingTheBones #TraumaQueerTheNovel
