Experience is your best teacher—but only if you listen, learn, and lead! 🌱✨ I had the privilege of attending the IMA Women Leadership Conclave. I am inspired by remarkable women leaders like Nina Chatrath, Jyoti Narang, Sangeeta Talwar, Preeta Pradhan nee Dayal, and Kena Shree. Their stories reaffirmed a powerful truth: Life is not a bed of roses, but courage, resilience, and embracing change are the marks of a great leader. 💡 Here are some leadership lessons that deeply resonated with me: Innovation: Leadership is about evolving, and constantly pushing the boundaries. Shared Vision: Like a flock of birds flying in unison, great leaders align their vision with their teams. Empowerment: Great leaders lift their teams, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential. Empathy: Leaders who connect on a human level create more powerful and trusting teams. Agility & Curiosity: Adapting quickly and remaining curious fuels growth. Positive Energy: Leaders bring enthusiasm and optimism, setting the tone for success. No Concessions: They stay fully committed, never asking for concessions despite the challenges. Solution-Oriented: Focus on what’s possible—leaders don’t dwell on problems. Act Now: If you have a goal or dream, don’t wait. Now is the time! Emotional Intelligence: In tough situations, emotionally intelligent leaders manage their energy effectively. 💭 Questions to reflect for you: How self-aware are you as a leader? What are your strengths and areas of growth? What makes you a great Leader? Special thanks to IMA Indore for bringing together such phenomenal women leaders and empowering all to lead with purpose and passion! #leadership #WomenLeadership #Empowerment #Inspiration #Resilience #Innovation #SelfAwareness #IMAIndore #Thechrysolead

**The Essence of True Leadership** Leadership is not about control or dominance. It’s about **empowering others** to realize their potential and achieve what they never thought possible. As Sadhguru beautifully states, being a leader means enabling others to rise above their limitations and take charge of their destiny. This kind of leadership transforms individuals, teams, and societies. This leadership principle is more relevant than ever in today’s world, where challenges are complex and ever-evolving. Let’s inspire, empower, and create an environment where others can thrive. I am blessed to have had opportunities to work with several leaders who demonstrated this trait and helped me to shape into who I am today. Some of them include Manisha Saboo Vidyasagar Pavoor Srinivas Ganumalla Prakash Ramaswamy Ashok Bangera Srinivas Vallabhajosyula Amitabh Mudaliar Shankar Narayanan Malar S Gampa Nageshwer Rao Vamshi Muthyapu Dr.Uday Shankar Peyyeti Sathya Kotta NIVAS PCS Somnath Mukherjee JC Santhosh Kotapally Phani Rallabandi KrishnaMohan Kunduru Sai Nelluri Thiyagarajan Srinivasan Pankaj Ghotkar Prathyush Yalavarthi Seshendranath Penumantra Shashi Dhar Reddy Rajesh Krishnamurthy Bala Gandhi Sathish Babu Poonamallee Sridharan Rajesh Baskaran Srinivas Chandrabotla Shanmuga Babu R Sanjeev B. As part of my journey towards the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Leadership Management Certification, I've been delving into the world of the Mahabharata. Surprised? You might be, but the epic offers a wealth of insights into effective leadership. My latest essay explores the multifaceted leadership style of Krishna, the radiant blue-skinned deity. Beyond his divine power, Krishna embodies strategic thinking, unwavering commitment to ethical principles, and the ability to inspire and empower others. This essay delves into how his approach resonates with modern leadership principles. Strategic Decision-Making: Krishna's tactical brilliance offers valuable lessons on resource allocation and achieving objectives. Inspirational Leadership: He empowered others, like Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, fostering ownership and accountability. Building Trust: Strong relationships were key to Krishna's leadership, highlighting the importance of communication and emotional intelligence. Leading Through Change: Krishna navigated a period of immense social change, offering insights for leading transformation. Ethical Grounding: His commitment to Dharma (righteousness) showcases the importance of moral leadership. This exploration of Krishna's leadership journey provides a timeless framework for effective leadership in the 21st century. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the lessons we can learn from ancient epics in a modern context! During our recent program on Leadership at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, our faculty asked us to analyse two characters of Mahabharata: 𝟭. 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮. 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮. Among all the participants, the following questions were discussed for these two characters: 1. Would you like to reverse any decision of their life? 2. Would you consider Draupadi emotional or pragmatic person? 3. Do you feel that her thoughts are valid for today's context? 4. Do you feel that 'Discrimination Approach' changed the Karna's life? 5. Can moral codes be flexible? 6. Can anyone demonstrate leadership without having a position?
