Not all data is created equal. You don’t need to collect all the data—you need to collect the right data. Identify the 20% of data that will give you 80% of the insights. Focus on that and skip the fluff. Whether it’s interviews, surveys, or secondary data, ensure every piece directly ties back to your research question. Anything else is noise. Today, review your data collection plan and ask yourself: “Is this essential?” Set aside anything that doesn’t directly serve your research purpose. You can always circle back to it later if needed. Remember, quality beats quantity every time. 👉🏼 GET 1:1 HELP https://lnkd.in/guEB2-zF 👈🏼

PXT Select surveys found that hiring managers who were most confident in their processes relied more on data than instinct. Data, of course, includes the usual stuff: job skills, experience, and education. But what other kinds of data about potential hires can be helpful? What would be beneficial to learn that doesn’t fit on a résumé or isn’t discussed in an interview? Ask us about a demo today!

I was asked an interesting question at my interview at. It was to sort an array with an complexity of O(n) which I said is not possible. The question was You have sorted array, lets say : [-9,-2,-1,10,12], square each element of array and return the sorted array too. I was unable to do but he insisted me to in O(n). So At last, I did square of each element and putted in TreeSet with reference type SortedSet and by using for each loop copied each element into previous array and returned it from the method (Kuchh samajh nahi aa raha tha to socha chal ye kr dete hai jo hoga dekha jayega 🤣 ). Interviewer gave me 2 test case to check the output and they did not say anything he pushed me towards another question. Please give me your ideas and well a way to do it if you know or if it is possible to do in O(n) complexity. Yeshwanth Chintaginjala

There are a few heuristics that I want to share with HPI students in our upcoming classes on user interviews. One of them is to try conducting an interview WITHOUT a questionnaire. It changes the dynamics of the conversation significantly. I personally feel more receptive to what the interviewee is telling me in that moment. https://lnkd.in/e5WCXzDd
Method: Questionnaires
