I recently came across this Fortune article that states about 85% of HR professionals emphasize the growing importance of coaching skills for business leaders (based off a recent report from DDI). Despite this, many leaders feel they aren’t receiving enough coaching, and a significant number of frontline leaders are seeking more guidance. Consider this, companies with effective coaching practices are more successful in engaging and retaining top talent. Additionally, high-potential employees—those who are ready to grow rapidly—are twice as likely to leave if they lack effective coaching. How do you overcome these challenges? There are numerous places to start and, frankly, it really is dependent on your unique organization. Having served over 240 clients at Stewart Leadership, I can tell you that no two organizations are alike. Our approach is this: We partner with you to design a tailored solution that meets your specific needs; incorporating assessments, coaching, training, consulting, and on-going support so you, your leaders, and your organization can inspire confidence and have a greater positive impact. If you'd like to explore how we can support your organization, feel free to reach out. I'm always available for a conversation, whether it’s a quick question or a deeper discussion. I’m doing something I've never done before. And flipping the script. I’m allowing participants of my academy to name their price. (Which, let’s be honest, is 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘍𝘙𝘌𝘌.) 4 years ago, 2020 changed the world, and brought unexpected gifts in the midst of the darkness. When presented with the time to rest, it was also an opportunity to reflect. Looking back over years' worth of leadership training content I had prepared through coaching, workshops, and online content - I knew there was something more to offer. I set out to write a book specifically for frontline managers. Helping brand new managers who were promoted for their unique contribution become successful in their new role. ↳The Seven Mistakes New Manager’s Make. The next question was then: These successful managers are getting noticed, promoted, and moving up into VP Executive roles, but what got them there, won't be what helps them succeed now. So I've been busy writing these past months. My second book and resource to close the gap from Manager to VP ↳ The Strategic Leader’s Mindset The cover has been chosen. I’m currently working on the final edits. And will soon be sent off to the publisher. I’m eager to share more details soon and can’t wait to release the book. _______________________________ New Managers: Check out The Seven Mistakes: https://lnkd.in/guRhFdYA New Vice Presidents and Directors: Let's connect!

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporate world has been undergoing significant transformations. One notable trend is the increased demand for executive coaching and manager development training. Companies are grappling with unique challenges in the post-pandemic era, particularly with hybrid working models, team connection, and company culture. Additionally, many managers are once again being promoted quickly without sufficient support, tools, and training, while executives find themselves slipping back into the "I have too much to do" mindset, neglecting their personal health and needs. Let's delve into these challenges and understand why executive coaching and manager development are crucial today. Continue reading: https://lnkd.in/gD9i4WHJ

*I don’t know where they’ve been hiding but OMG they’re on fire right now* Said a Managing Director about two of his senior team. The difference???… They were both in my one to one programme!!! They’d gone from doing their job to OWNING their role!! Their mindset around being a leader had totally shifted. They spoke up confidently in meetings (no more second guessing or feeling like an imposter in the room) They empowered their teams, stepping back from fixing and moved to coaching… which also gave them a really capable team and tonnes more time. They elevated… which meant they were showing up as the next level…and adding a lot more value without spending any more time at work. And all of this impacted the Managing Director… giving them a lot more time, confidence and space. When you have a team of confident, empowered leaders everything happens A LOT easier. You don’t have to check up on things, get involved unnecessarily, fix things, or validate…Instead you co-create, discuss, brainstorm, create a strategy, and support. When you have a team of elevated leaders.. life gets easier! That’s why I’ve opened the doors to the FIRST ROUND of the ELEVATE group coaching programme. Especially for Senior Managers and Execs who are ready to catapult their development as a leader. More confidence, more time, and OWNING their seat at the table. This is for ambitious senior managers who want to RISE. A 6 week programme group coaching programme starting w.c 20th May. Only 5 spaces available. Direct message for more info.

Receiving such positive feedback from my EZRA Coaching clients this month has been incredibly affirming. Often when I'm speaking to business leaders about the power of coaching they tell me that this is something that is handled internally, and informally - "my employees can approach me or their managers when they seek advice/guidance." However, in 9 out of 10 sessions, my clients will comment on how much they value discussing their professional challenges with someone external to their organisation. This distinction might seem subtle, but its impact is profound. For businesses, the idea of external coaching might appear as an unnecessary expense. Yet, for your individual employees, it represents an invaluable opportunity to cast light on their experiences without fear of judgement (or worse, ramifications!) and explore paths forward without feeling 'advised.' It's an investment that can amplify an employee's sense of recognition, boost productivity, loyalty, and focus. So, for those considering the merit of investing in 1:1 coaching within your organisation, consider this: It can amplify performance by up to 70%. Boost employee engagement by more than 60%. Enhance productivity by 53%. Deliver an average return on investment between 7-10x. These aren’t just stats; they’re a testament to the transformative power of external coaching. It's about granting your team the space to explore and grow, nurtured by unbiased guidance and support. So, if you're debating the value of external coaching for your business, let these insights be your guide. Investing in your employees is not just about recognising their current value but about unlocking their future potential. #Coaching #EmployeeDevelopment #BusinessGrowth #Leadership Karibu Coaching
