🇩🇰🇸🇪 Celebrating National Days and Embracing Diversity! 🇩🇰🇸🇪 Today, we celebrate Denmark's National Day, and tomorrow, we join our Swedish colleagues in honoring Sweden's Flag Day. Working in an international company as Zacco - 360° Intellectual Property, we have the unique opportunity to embrace and celebrate the diverse cultures and traditions that each of us brings to the table. Last week was particularly enriching as Mille Bülow Verndal and I had the pleasure of bringing together colleagues from Denmark, Sweden and India. These interactions highlighted the beauty of our diverse workplace and the immense value that comes from sharing different perspectives. The Diversity of My Identity: A Personal Journey of a German-Swiss Professional Today, I'd like to share with you a personal story that illustrates how diversity is not only an integral part of my identity, but has also played a significant role in my professional success. As someone with dual citizenship in Germany and Switzerland and a family name with Hungarian roots, I embody a rich tapestry of cultures and traditions. A Personal Tribute to Men - International Men’s Day 💙 19th Nov As a leader, and more importantly, as someone who deeply values the people who contribute to our world, I feel compelled to pause and truly reflect on the undeniable impact that Men have in shaping our society. Men are not just an important part of the workforce—they are the pillars of our communities, families, and organizations. Their roles, often taken for granted, are vast and powerful. They carry the weight of responsibility with grace and determination, showing up every single day, often without seeking the recognition they truly deserve. In every sphere of life, men are the silent protectors, the strong providers, the nurturing fathers, and the steadfast friends. They are the ones who step up to do the tough jobs—the ones who keep things running when no one’s watching. They are the foundation of families, businesses, and societies. And yet, their contributions often go silent. Men who play roles of responsibility of a father, a brother, a son, and a colleague , or a friend and much more, we know the kind of strength, commitment, and sacrifice it takes to fulfill these roles. To be a man is to carry an immense responsibility—to those we love, to the people we serve, and to the world we are shaping. We cannot dilute the importance of these roles. We cannot underestimate the impact that men have, not only in the workplace but in every aspect of life. Without men, so much of what we take for granted would not be possible. The strength, courage, and resilience they show in the face of challenges—whether personal or professional—are unmatched. On International Men’s Day, I want to say: Thank you. Thank you to every man who works tirelessly to make a difference, who balances their professional and personal lives, and who continues to be a role model for those around them. You are unsung heroes. You are appreciated. And you are essential. Let’s continue to honor and respect the many roles men play in our lives—today, tomorrow, and every day.
