As a former member of RPH staff, my first reaction is to notice that the size of the new site looks very similar to the current size - in stark contrast to the new RLI site which looks much bigger. Presumably, then, taller buildings are envisaged at the new RPH, including at least 1 multi-storey car park? This does mean that the lifts will need to be A LOT more reliable than they are now... I wish you every success!
