Last week we had a team site visit to 3 Copper Square, Brent Cross - it’s looking totally stunning. We’re at 4th floor of this 300,000 sq ft office building, using a precast concrete frame supporting CLT slabs. This is the first time this form of construction has been used and built in Europe. We proposed this 7 years ago and our brilliant client, Related Argent, have stuck with us on it ever since. We have been working with shedkm, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, Faithful+Gould and Atelier Ten, and built by BAM UK & Ireland, PCE Limited and EURBAN Limited on site. Great work Krzysztof Marcinkiewicz and all the home team. As Rudyard Kipling said; gardens are not made by singing “oh how beautiful “ and sitting in the shade.
