Frida Ronge, renowned for creating successful restaurant concepts for Strawberry, is now stepping into the role of Creative Leader of Sustainable Food Experiences in our WeCare team 🤩 "Food and drink are key for both guests and employees, and an area where we can make a real impact. Frida’s past successes, like Tak Stockholm and VRÅ, blend Nordic and Japanese flavours beautifully, and we’re excited for her to take on this new role," says Harald Bjugstad-Holm, Sustainability Director. "Continuing to work with food, now with an even greater focus on sustainability within Strawberry, is incredibly exciting and an honour. I’m really looking forward to creating experiences with the teams across the group, focusing on delicious, sustainable food," says Frida Ronge. "Frida Ronge Food & Consulting will contribute her experience and expertise to create sustainable food experiences for our guests and members.
