The shortage of truck drivers has caused top news sources to refer to current conditions as a “trucking crisis” or “critical driver shortage.” No matter what the reason, if you employ truck drivers, you may be wondering what you can do to draw in more applicants. Avoid chasing Drivers. Instead, attract them. I want to share a powerful quote I saw this morning.. If you spend time chasing butterflies, they'll fly away. But if you spend your time making a beautiful garden, the butterflies will come. Don’t chase, attract.
