Our book chapter, "The renewable energy–environment nexus“ has just recently been published by Elsevier under the name of the book "The Renewable Energy-Water-Environment Nexus: Fundamentals, Technology, and Policy". This book offers comprehensive insights regarding the awareness, technologies, challenges, opportunities, and solutions in the integration between renewable energy, water, and the environment. Our book chapter explores the impacts of renewable energy (RE) on environmental degradation, theoretical and literature reviews of the interconnection between RE and environmental degradation, existing policies about RE in the world, case study analysis on the nexus between the two variables, and some policy recommendations alongside the insights of future studies. Feel free to know more about this by accessing DOI:10.1016/B978-0-443-13439-5.00007-7 It was such a great opportunity to work with the experts of the field and Elsevier. I'm looking forward to all kinds of collaborations like this.
