8yGreat article on how to decide is a professional coach is right for you. I love the line, "Why am I not working with a coach? Top athletes, writers, speakers, musicians, artists, professionals and executives all have coaches in their lives. Why have I decided to go through life and business on my own? " Too true. No one does it on their own. In the book, "Learning as a Way of Bring", by Peter Vaill, he talks about how no on ever sees what the really great leaders are doing before they ever make it on stage. We all see them so polished, successful and confident. We think to emulate them and we too will be successful. But what we don't see is them speaking with their Mentors, colleagues, and friends. Getting support, coached and guided. Enjoyed your post
