Never stop progressing!

Most of us blame others or the company or the system if we do not progress in our professional life.

Here I would like to bring up the quote from Bill Gates, " If you are born poor, it's not your mistake. But if you die poor, that's your mistake".

I would like to translate it to our professional life. " If you start with a job that you do not like, it's not your mistake. But if you retire from a job that you don't like, that's surely your mistake".

Most of the people considers their initial job as the final job as well. They do not try for anything new fearing the risks of changing or risk of loosing or failing.

When people who fail considers it as final, it adds more to their failure. But the biggest mistake I see is with the people who succeeds and considers it as the ultimate point and decides not to do anything more.

Success is still a beginning, but for a new journey.
