Pissed Off When Screened Out Because You're 40, 50, or 60+?
I don't blame you ... If you're over 40 and getting screened out because of your age, you have the right to be angry.
But what are you going to do about it?
Learning how to beat ageism is more likely to help you find a great job than just being pissed off about age discrimination.
While there are many reasons for ageism, they all boil down to the same thing. If you were successful showing employers that you're the best candidate, even if you're more expensive, you would be getting more interviews, hiring process advancement and offers.
But when you show you're qualified, it's not enough, because today you're competing against many other qualified candidates ... so many that employers see qualified as average.
It's not fair, but to overcome ageism, you've got to do more than you're used to and more than other job seekers, because so many qualified candidates compete against you. And why would an employer hire a more expensive candidate if they're not better?
The thing is, you are better.
You know that you can do so much more for an employer than your competitors and run circles around someone who is younger, less experienced and less expensive.
So why aren't you able to prove to employers that you'll do a much better job, through your resume and interviews?

It's because you've never been taught how to clearly show employers that you're more effective. You've relied on advice that taught you to communicate responsibilities, experience, skills and abilities, just like every other candidate.
This might be ok for junior candidates, but it's completely ineffective for age 40+ job seekers and those looking for senior staff, management, executive and C-level roles. Instead, you're relying on advice that makes you look the same as your competition, because responsibilities, experience, skills and abilities fail to differentiate you effectively. And describing yourself like every other candidate isn't enough to beat your competition, especially when you're age 40, 50 or 60+.
The good news is you can do something about it, and I can show you.
You can learn how to change your resume, interview and job search strategies to communicate the massive impact you can provide to employers. You can learn how to change your job search strategy so you're the first-choice candidate, not one of the compliance interviews employers have to schedule.
Why not let me show you far more effective ways to overcome job search age bias, to make your age one of your greatest advantages when you're 40, 50, or 60+?
