We completed an hour of FREE Live coaching… REPLAY HERE.

I think about this often. When people show up for coaching, I have no idea what they are going to bring or what they are going to ask me. 

I can’t prepare for that ahead of time I would never be able to. 

The only way I have prepared over the years is by coaching more and more, more people and interacting with more people.

Getting so good at understanding different problems, how they’re presented.

Getting myself into situations where I feel like I’m “stumped” or “could have done better” often.

And then evaluating from there and seeing how I can improve the coaching by getting more flexible in what the person needs to hear right now in order to move forward.

I think it’s hugely important to see this attitude as a MUST HAVE. 

Especially in things like Interviews.

We will get stumped on questions and that’s a GOOD THING. Because you won’t be confused about that again.

We will be imperfect and unsure and that’s a good thing. It means you’re in the arena playing this game IN FULL. 

Not half-assing it on the sidelines.

With me and coaching it is relentlessly figuring out people’s problems and better solutions for them. 

For you...

It’s doing that for the employers you want to add value to…

And being able to not only show and explain how you do that but then get better and better at DOING IT!

So that once you’ve added massive value in one place, you have the confidence to do it anywhere!

And when you add more value you can get PAID MORE.
