Shh, don't mention the Covid!
Today I have made my third attempt to publish the anthology now called "Poems from the Lockdown using KDP Amazon. I have added this editor's note to the beginning.
EDITOR’S NOTE
On 13th April I first attempted to publish, through Amazon KDP, an anthology entitled “Covid-19: Poems from The Lockdown”. Amazon KDP rejected this on the basis that it included references to Covid-19, and it broke their publication guidelines meaning they were unable to offer the book for sale.
On 18th April, a new version, which removed the words COVID-19 from the title and all administrative references within the book was put forward. This was called “Poems from the Lockdown – January to April 2020”. This too was rejected.
Below are both rejection emails.

A third attempt is being made whereby all references to Covid-19, from the promotional description on the Amazon.com website, has been removed. This means the only references to Covid-19 in the anthology are within certain poems.
If you, the anthology reader, are now reading this, which is the third attempt at publication, and I hope you are, it means that Amazon have finally accepted that poets are allowed to talk about Covid-19, and the general public have been allowed to read poetry on the subject of Covid-19. It means that Amazon have honoured the constitutional right to freedom of speech. I truly hope, you are reading this, so that you may explore, enjoy and share the 146 poems from 115 poets which are included in this anthology.

4yAll options are open, though first i will try and make Amazon see sense. Covid-19 is the biggest issue of the current time, and Amazon should not be able to stifle legitimate response.
