When we found out the Australian Effie Awards night was on Fiji Day it felt like more than a coincidence. Last week our work with the team at Tourism Fiji won Silver at the Effie Awards in the Travel, Leisure and Media category for the ‘Where Happiness Comes Naturally’ brand positioning and campaign. The work has far surpassed benchmarks on most media platforms, delivered record website traffic, and most importantly, contributed to record visitor arrivals for Fiji delivering record revenue to the economy. A huge thank you to our partners at Tourism Fiji for their trust in us and the opportunity to work with this amazing nation. Srishti Narayan Anaseini Bakaniceva Brent Hill Matt Nicklow
About us
Right now, people could do away with 75% of all the brands in their life without noticing. That's pretty confronting. Especially if you're in the business of brands. But instead, we see it as an opportunity. An opportunity to help the brands we work with sit in the coveted 25% that people want to keep around. We call them Meaningful Brands, and we build them using a combination of in-depth strategic understanding, robust customer journeys, and output neutral creativity. It's a combo that's helped us change immigration policies for an entire nation, make a Kiwi airline Australia's most trusted brand (five years in a row), and transform a product from near deletion to category leadership. Our breadth of capability, from brand thinking and design to innovation, UX, tech consulting, digital development and beyond enables us to create world-class work across the entire brand experience. Give us a shout. We'd love to chat.

"If you can't bin it, bag it" A beautiful campaign thoughtfully designed to change behaviour around rubbish disposal in Fiji. Be more like Kasikasi the hermit crab and take your trash with you in a bag when there are no bins in sight. Together, we can all keep Fiji clean. 👏 🇫🇯 Srishti Brent Anaseini Ashwina

Hot on the heels of the nationwide fly hunt to find Australia’s most wanted fly, Louie is back in the spotlight again. This time earning a Finalist at the B&T Awards for Best Digital Campaign. Who said you can’t teach an old fly new tricks? Congratulations to our partners Ilaria Lucheschi and Florence Paoli over at Reckitt - the custodians of Mortein, Louie and his germ-ridden friends. #LouieTheFly #Mortein #Finalist

When life at home in Australia often comes with a compromise, Stockland master-planned communities offer all Aussies a chance to grow into the home they always imagined. So to launch their new platform "Home, grown", we brought to life a Stockland community in a dream-like sequence without showing anyone, but imagining how those spaces could be filled with life through vibrant soundscapes. Needless to say, SOUND ON for this one 🔊 Many thanks to Dylan Pharazyn and the team at Good Oil for so beautifully crafting this work, and to our client partners Hala Obeid, Georgia Thomas, Virginia Chong and Natalie Warren-Smith for their trust and patience in helping us imagine. 🏡 #HomeGrown #Stockland #NewWork

The pesky fly that never dies earned himself an entire campaign dedicated to hunting him down across Australia and finally killing him. Billions of flies that became billions of ads. Looks like it also earned him a finalist nomination in Best Use of Digital Platforms at AWARD Awards. Bravo Louie, you filthy menace. Huge thanks and congratulations to our partners Ilaria Lucheschi and Florence Paoli over at Reckitt - the custodians of Mortein, Louie and his germ-ridden friends. #AWARD #LouieTheFly #Mortein #Finalist

Immensely proud of Tourism Fiji's platform "Where Happiness Comes Naturally" receiving a finalist nomination for Travel, Leisure & Media at this year's Australian Effie Awards. An enduring celebration of a people and culture where happiness lives and breathes daily. We are humbled to bring this platform to life and invite the world to come and experience just a taste of the happiness that exists there. Congratulations to Srishti Narayan, Anaseini Bakaniceva, Matt Nicklow and Brent Hill on this well-earned nomination. 🇫🇯 💙 #WhereHappinessComesNaturally

They say the best jury is the customer. Who's 'they' we hear you ask? Also the customer. They're always right. And in this case, we've been shortlisted in Kantar's Creative Effectiveness awards for Best Print/Outdoor, which is judged by consumers, so they must be right. You can't go wrong with the right OOH. Thanks to our legendary team at Tassal Group for letting us get so up close and personal with prawns. #Simple, and clearly #effective. 🦐🧡
