Simply Building Tomorrow
About us
NXT TEC. Ltd (“NXT”) is a scalable building technology company that is revolutionising built structures from the bottom up. Using smart, patented technology, NXT can assemble high-quality, environmentally friendly large-scale projects significantly faster and cheaper than conventional construction. NXT applies its fully integrated technology to the entire building process to provide a better way for building. A way that moves from an old-world construction model to an improved, efficient and sustainable model of assembly. NXT® Building System Technologies change the way we build on a large-scale, worldwide. With incomparable productivity, NXT, with its suite of technologies, offers a cost-effective, high quality solution for commercial and residential projects. NXT improves all-round efficiency by simplifying, standardising and managing the building process from design to manufacture to assembly. By using smarter materials in a more intelligent way, NXT solves the time, cost, risk and quality problem for project owners for large-scale building projects. All components of a project, from the foundation up, are fully designed and manufactured off-site to specification and local compliance standards. The technologies then lock together within the NXT® Building System on-site, requiring just a small team of moderately-skilled personnel. NXT® Technologies do not require scaffolding or welding on-site, significantly improving site safety. Further, the NXT® Building System is well-suited to being assembled in challenging build conditions, including on clay soils, within earthquake-prone zones, during wet weather and on sites with limited access. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and respectfully to provide our customers with real, tangible value, and the communities in which we operate with social benefits, employment and quality, environmentally friendly and affordable accommodation. WA’s construction sector has faced significant challenges this year, but innovation and opportunity are paving the way for change. As featured in this edition of Business News, NXT TEC. Ltd. is at the forefront of revolutionising housing with our NXT® Building System Technology. From slab to lockup in just four days, our patented system delivers homes faster, with zero waste, and provides a sustainable alternative to traditional construction methods. While the federal government’s $900M funding aims to streamline building approvals and boost housing supply, NXT TEC. Ltd.’s mission remains clear: to address the housing crisis by creating smarter, more efficient solutions that redefine how homes are built. NXT TEC. Ltd. Managing Director Natasha Di Ciano highlighted the broader impact by saying: “This isn’t just about tackling the housing crisis—it’s about creating new career opportunities, supporting innovation, and driving investment in manufacturing and technology. Prefab construction shifts the focus from traditional trades to manufacturing, opening doors for workers to pivot and thrive in a growing sector.” With over 400 homes planned in Anketell and a partnership with US-based firm M2i Global, Inc. (OTCQB:MTWO) to expand globally, NXT TEC. Ltd. is pushing boundaries and shaping the future of construction. With both the Master Builders Association of Western Australia and the Housing Industry Association (HIA) believing that the WA residential construction sector is now in recovery mode, the news should come as a welcome relief to Western Australians. However, while building approvals are up, with 18,000 residential buildings being approved in the past 12 months, it’s still not enough. On average, fewer than 15,000 new homes have been completed in WA in each of the past five years, falling short of the Federal Government’s Housing Accord’s goal of building 25,800 new homes annually in order to tackle the housing crisis. Capacity remains the largest issue facing the construction industry, with an ongoing shortfall of over 40,000 workers across the residential, commercial and civil sectors. At NXT TEC. Ltd, we’ve developed an innovative building technology solution, the NXT® Building System, which can not only can bring a house to lock up in four days, but requires fewer personnel on-site. This technology is both more sustainable, and more efficient than traditional construction methods, enabling homes to reach lock up four times faster than the average. A groundbreaking report by Climate Group and Ramboll has revealed a significant shift in market sentiment, and an increased appetite for low emissions materials, signalling an optimistic future for sustainable construction. According to the report, almost half of respondents expressed a willingness to pay a premium for low emissions steel and concrete. In addition, 78% of respondents anticipate that sustainable materials will become the standard within the next decade. While there are still several barriers to widespread adoption, business leaders are leading the charge by enacting change and calling on government intervention to help accelerate the transition to net-zero emissions. Companies such as NXT TEC. Ltd are transforming the construction industry with prefabricated solutions that deliver cleaner and greener projects compared to conventional construction methods. We are also committed to engaging with local manufacturers that use recyclable materials in order to improve the efficiency of our projects.
