PUXANO operates as a platform-based biotech company, grounded in experimental structural biology and empowered by diffusion-based generative AI. We provide R&D services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and agritech companies advancing protein therapeutics, vaccine development and crop protection. Thanks to our platform PROTAGON, propelled by proprietary molecular, structural and computational technologies, we can unlock targets previously deemed inaccessible or facilitate the streamlined design, production and validation of engineered proteins with exceptional efficiency.     𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦 Do you want to solve structures under native conditions by isolating them from native cells, resulting in extremely low yields? Do you aim to solve a membrane protein structure in vesicles while preserving the native bilayer environment? Are you struggling with a protein target that you cannot produce at yields high enough for standard cryoEM structure determination (x < 0.5 mg/ml)? At PUXANO, we have developed several 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗘𝗠 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 that enable us to solve structures at concentrations 1000× lower than state-of-the-art cryoEM workflows. These grids, built upon the PUXANO cryoEM grid framework, allow us to solve structures at concentrations as low as 100–0.1 µg/ml. The versatility of our system enables compatibility with most protein tags or immobilization systems. Strategies we have successfully implemented include: ✅ GFP-Labelled membrane proteins ✅ Biotinylated proteins Furthermore, we also have developed 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 thereby facilitating the structural validation of membrane proteins in vesicles.
