On Tuesday, MEIA had the privilege of attending RRC Polytech - Research Partnerships & Innovation (RPI)’s 20th-anniversary celebration. This milestone event highlighted two decades of impactful collaboration between industry, community, and academia through applied research. From guided facility tours to insights on cutting-edge initiatives and inspiring discussions on the future of innovation, it was an incredible opportunity to connect and reflect on shared successes. Recapping the 2024 MEIA Cleantech Conference 🌿 Last week, attendees gathered at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg for a truly unforgettable day of innovation, collaboration, and big ideas at the 2024 MEIA Cleantech Conference! 🙌 From start to finish, the energy was incredible. The excitement kicked off the evening before with our Conference Kick-Off Mixer at The Manitoba Club. Attendees enjoyed a relaxed evening of networking, delicious food, and drinks, setting the stage for the engaging discussions and connections that followed. HUGE thank you to Efficiency Manitoba for sponsoring the mixer! 🔑 We enjoyed inspiring keynotes from Robert Bilott, who shared his epic legal battle against DuPont, a story of perseverance and environmental justice and Jody Wilson-Raybould, who spoke powerfully about leadership, reconciliation, and the future of sustainable policy.
