Successful trials at Protein Application Center last week! We successfully implemented a combined upstream process with pre-grinded pea flour via a hammer mill prepared by Bühler Group Milling Solutions followed by wet milling before running the first separation step at the HC-unit. The results are very promising, with the produced starch and protein isolates showing excellent quality, validating the overall process.   A great success for the team and a key step forward for ongoing projects! #Innovation #PlantBased #Sustainability #FoodTech #ProcessSolution

Time flies! About 3 months ago we welcomed our new apprentice at endeco. After she has successfully completed her basic training in the apprentices' workshop of Reifenhauser Group , she is now ready for the next chapter of our joint journey.
