It was an honour to work with MIMS Pte Ltd once again to host a session on Psychological Safety. It was great to see such an engaged audience truly participate in our open discussion for a very honest and authentic sharing. It was heart warming to see how they navigate their daily interaction and collaborations in an inclusive manner. Thank you for trusting us ! MIMS rounded out its quarterly MIMS TEA_Time (Talks that Engage & Activate) with a webinar on 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 in the workplace held December 4. Attended by over 60 team members from our regional offices, the online talk discussed importance and shared best practices on strengthening psychological safety such as having a growth mindset, creating a diverse work environment, advocating for others and practicing open dialogue to strengthen trust and connection in the workplace. The talk followed two other DEI-focused topics organized by MIMS 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 & 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. A webinar on 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐬 was hosted in June in time for Pride Month. This was followed by an 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐄𝐈 held online in September. All three talks were facilitated by Yee Lin Ng, a consultant with Community Business who designs and facilitates programs on diversity and inclusion focusing on team performance and workplace inclusive culture. #MIMS #HR #peopleandculture #DEI #psychologicalsafety #unconsciousbias #diversity #inclusion Mei Gui Ang Dee Allas Marie Kris Herrera, CLSSYB, CLDP® Marc Andrew Tabinas, CLDP
