🏡 Successful Completion & Handover – Gorse Hill, Ballygunner, Waterford 🏡 We are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of the Gorse Hill residential development in Ballygunner, Waterford. This Design & Build project, delivered in partnership with Waterford City & County Council, consists of 49 high-quality residential units comprising a mix of houses, duplexes, and apartments. This project is a testament to our commitment to quality, teamwork, and delivering sustainable homes that will provide much-needed housing for the local community. The VHA - Vincent Hannon Architects team was thrilled to attend the official reopening of the Garda Station in An Spidéal last week. Collaborating with the Office of Public Works, VHA designed a facility that serves the local area's needs.
