Our retreat was proof of how much this can make a difference.   🚀 Just got back from our Company Retreat in Madeira, and we couldn’t feel more excited and enthusiastic about the experience and, most importantly, about our future goals!                                                                 🌍 Every year, Algor takes its tight-knit team on an adventure to discover amazing destination, find unique and modern ways to feel inspired and come up with innovative ideas. This time, we had the opportunity to explore the breath-taking scenery of Madeira.   🤝 At Algor, we strongly believe that our true strength lies in the people who make up our team, and we are committed to creating shared memories and great opportunities to strengthen bonds, share visions and align goals.   🌅🐬🌴 Our eight days in Madeira were filled with stunning landscapes and unique experiences we faced together.
