Here’s our story. This is our why. At Coopah, we believe Mental Health should be spoken about everyday and not just on WMHD, which is why we do just that. This November, we will be working with Movember as part of their Move For Movember campaign to get more people moving for their own mental and physical health. Are you going to join us?

It’s time we crush the stigma around Mental Health. We stood at Liverpool Street with a bag of worries weighing 24.7kg because sometimes all we need in life is someone to share the weight with us. Why was it 24.7kg? Because Samaritans is open 24/7 so there is always someone there for you. Coopah is a run coaching app built through the belief that running is medicine but sometimes, you need to add talking into that and we’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with Samaritans on this powerful campaign. Positivity and inclusiveness 🧡 The first half of 2024 has been exceptional, with us ahead of budget and the team growing faster than expected. With that, we wanted to really celebrate the success to date. We took our team up to the beautiful Lake District where we learnt about winning mindset from experts including Lioness Izzy Christiansen and former Marine, Rudi Colman The team enjoyed hiking, shuttle runs, paddleboarding and plenty of pizza. For us, it showed that our brand values are shown externally when both Izzy and Rudi guessed our brand values and got them right first time! We do things differently at Coopah 🧡 Pssst, we are also hiring!

A huge thanks to Samuel Newell and The Invictus Games Foundation for inviting the Coopah team along to their golf day at the The Celtic Manor Hotel Golf & Country Club last week. We're entering our second year of the partnership with Invictus and it was so inspiring to hear all the stories that came from this day. We are super excited to support more WIS (Wounded Injured Soliders) in 2024 as they take on some epic adventures including running a marathon in the desert. #runcoach #charity #running
