🚀 Exciting news! Jobs 22 has been awarded a new contract to deliver the Destination Work programme, supporting economically inactive residents across Nuneaton and Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, and Stratford-on-Avon council areas. This initiative, commissioned by Warwickshire Skills Hub and funded through the UK Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, will provide personalised employment support to 172 residents aged 25 to 67. By working closely with our local delivery partners - PET-Xi Training and the Coventry & Warwickshire CDA - we’ll offer employability skills training, job clubs, and 1-2-1 guidance to help participants move closer to meaningful employment. We’re thrilled to share that our Restart Scheme delivery partner, Workpays, hosted a successful jobs fair in Leicester last week! Nearly 200 participants attended throughout the day, connecting with a range of local employers keen to meet and engage with Restart Scheme participants. Feedback from the event has been positive.
