Civil Service Live is created by civil servants for civil servants. One of the many exhibitors at events this year was Serco. Sir Ian Diamond hosted their roundtable, covering ways to explore how departments can foster collaboration and idea sharing as the means to drive innovation. Stephen Grassby and Vickie Lockett represented Serco and talked about the key role they can play working across government departments, as well as the opportunity for the public and private sectors to come together to solve some of the challenges facing society.
