  • 🏆 Bartley Green Lodge – Care Home of the Year! 🎉 We’re so proud to celebrate Bartley Green Lodge in Birmingham, crowned Care Home of the Year at the National Care Awards at the start of this month. Residents were overjoyed to receive a live FaceTime call from the winners’ stage, with Home Manager Kelly Thompson sharing the big news. Bartley Green is a true community where residents play an active role, from interviewing potential staff to chairing meetings. Staff go above and beyond, regularly visiting residents in hospital and even recreating Christmas celebrations for one resident who missed it. The team also focus on creating meaningful moments—like arranging for one resident to dog-sit Beryl the cockapoo because of his love for dogs. 🐾 Kelly said: “This award is testament to every single person in our Bartley Green community – our devoted staff, residents, and their loved ones, and we are so proud.” Congratulations to the amazing team at Bartley Green Lodge! 💙 #CareHomeOfTheYear #NationalCareAwards #BartleyGreenLodge #CommunitySpirit #SanctuaryCare
