💥❓What have you learned in 2024?❓💥 When I was younger I remember an ageing relative telling me ‘time goes quicker as you get older’ And I frowned. Then laughed. “How ridiculous” I thought. Time can’t speed up - that’s just bizarre! But woah! Pause a mo (stop time a min!) Time IS going quicker as I get older! And I can’t quite believe where 2024 has gone… It’s whizzed by in a blur of product launches, award celebrations, graduation ceremonies for our #trulyexceptional Mini MBA & Essential PA Graduates, life & business ups n downs, delights & challenges, cups of tea, glasses of wine, smiles, laughter, tears and hugs. Quite the “dash” this year!!! (Love this image & sentiment ⬇️💕) And in true me-fashion I’m focusing on my learning over these 12 months and my main takeaways have been ⭐️Focus & Flexibility⭐️ Focus. On your goal. What you need & want to achieve. Devise a plan - know HOW you’re going to get there and WHO is there to help you. Always always be flexible when stuff happens outside of your control and be prepared to flex the HOW and WHO. ⭐️Resilience⭐️ Remember you are emotionally and mentally stronger than you think - it’s okay to cry when your heart aches then pick yourself up, dust yourself off and carry on! ⭐️Appreciation ⭐️ Appreciate the contribution your Business Friends make and thank them for the support & comaraderie they provide.
