What a bloody good idea! Important not to waste this lifesaving liquid 🩸🩸🩸 And those with a medical condition (haemochromatosis) then become overnight superheroes, saving lives without thinking twice about it!!!

Let alone all the lives around me that benefit from my donations (recipients and their families, friends, colleagues and communitie). So do I. It feels bloody great to be lifesaver! What's your ONE reason to become a bloody good human and save lives?

Are you excited to start every day? I am energised to get out of bed every morning to save lives through blood donation and elevate wellbeing through coaching and workshops. Doing Good Feels Good and this feeling is accessible to absolutely everyone. As I get around the country on The Bloody Good Tour I've seen many of these donor chairs. The potential impact of this scary is really scary... What happens if your loved one needs blood to save their life but there is none available? Blood has a short shelf life (processed plasma up to 12mths, whole blood / red cells only 42 days and platelets just 1week). This means the "One & Done" for blood donation will be nowhere near effective to maintain supply. I am calling on the 10million or so Aussies eligible to donate to call 131495 to confirm your eligibility to take the first step. Bring a mate with you to donate so it's a social catchup you look forward to every fortnight/month/quarter, whatever works for your life. Together we can save lives and feel bloody good about it too! Putting more years in Aussie lives and more life in others and your own years!
