𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 Imagine a world where technology seamlessly integrates with clinical expertise to enhance patient care. This is the promise of VALD Health technology—a suite of tools that revolutionises how we assess, treat, and engage with patients. At the heart of this transformation is a simple idea: combining objective data with human intuition unlocks the potential for better outcomes. VALD technology provides objective measurements crucial for precise treatment plans. Tools like the ForceDecks, ForceFrame, Dynamo, Smartspeed, Nordboard and the HumanTrak Movement Analysis System give us accurate data on strength, power, and movement quality. This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about making informed decisions rooted in reality, not guesswork. Consider the impact of having all this data centralised in the VALD Hub. It’s like having a dashboard showing exactly where your patients are on their recovery journey. This clarity allows us to make real-time adjustments and communicate effectively with our patients. When patients see their progress in precise, quantitative terms, it boosts their motivation and compliance with their treatment plans. VALD technology also brings versatility. These tools ensure consistent, high-quality care in a hospital, private clinic, or even a patient’s home. The ability to conduct comprehensive assessments anywhere enhances patient convenience and supports continuity of care. But here’s the real magic: it’s not just about the technology. It’s about what this technology enables us to do. By providing precise, objective data, VALD technology helps us connect with our patients on a deeper level. It transforms the clinical experience from one of uncertainty to one of clarity and purpose. Patients aren’t just following a treatment plan—they’re part of a journey where every step is measured, understood, and celebrated. In essence, VALD technology empowers us to deliver better outcomes by enhancing our ability to see, understand, and act. It’s about using technology not to replace the human touch but to amplify it. When we harness the power of objective data, we create a future where every patient interaction is meaningful, every decision is informed, and every outcome is optimised. This is why I love using VALD technology in clinical settings. It’s not just about improving patient care; it’s about redefining what’s possible when technology and humanity come together. #technology #data #valuedriven #customerexperience #healthcare

If you saw this on Monday and have already voted THANK YOU - we're very grateful for your support. If you missed it, here's your opportunity to help get moi and the fabulous Sarah Langslow, PCC (if you don't know her - go connect - she's awesome) onto the SXSW London stage in 2025... Here's the details: 🎬 Our topic – From meh to meaningful – how tiny actions can spark a revolution of our working cultures. 🔥 Our style – a fireside chat (there won’t be any actual fires – just the vibes). Part of the decision making for conference speakers is through a public vote… and that’s where my request of you comes in… If you’d like to help us take the stage (and if you know me, you'll know a stage is my fave place to hang out #stagejoy), please can you clicky on this linky and place your vote? https://lnkd.in/e2TmG5kX I will warn you in advance, it's not a one click process and you can't search by speaker name... Once you've given your email (I’ve checked it out and you can opt out of marketing etc – so your inbox will be safe!) You can then search for 'From meh to meaningful – how tiny actions can spark a revolution of our working cultures' or type in 2998 (which it our talk's code) Then you can place your vote. The deadline for votes is the 19th December, but if you're anything like me, actions are either completed right NOW or probably never!

What good do artists do? And what happens when they get together online? Today's crop of projects: -stop gun crime in Indianapolis: yes, using art -help 'normal' people connect with neurodivergent people (and not get put off because they react to things differently): yes, doing art -prevent relapse of prisoners (for instance teach them to beat the drums, not each other), yes, professional artists do that too -finding jobs across the pond -starting projects that create jobs for others, across the pond -had a general chat on the uses and limitations of AI in various fields, from medicine through space technology, and sure, art, why not. No hard sells, just connecting to see if we gel. Sometimes we don't, and that's ok! It means we have convictions, non-negotiables. We come up with projects and solutions we can only do together, in an otherwise solitary profession. Thank you Mark Walmsley for organising and hosting these events!

Increasingly, events are vying for a finite number of attendees. Event marketing hyper-personalisation is creating unprecedented demand for our time and attention. I've written about how can events compete more effectively for audiences' attention. And the juice starts with 'just do this one thing' https://lnkd.in/ee8EqErY #events #eventmanagement #eventmarketing #eventattendees #invitation #eventregistration #attention
how to compete with other events for audience attention.
