✨ One year at n-fuze – and what a whirlwind it's been! ✨ From reacquainting myself with Mac (still struggling to screenshot 😂), to rolling out new Learning & Development and Reward opportunities, it's been a year of growth and learning. We've celebrated lots too! Including being shortlisted for Culture Awards, hitting our FY23 targets and the agency’s 18th birthday 🎉 – a milestone that reminds us of our incredible legacy and the exciting future ahead. Reflecting on my first 12 months here, one thing that stands out is the pace at which we turn ideas into action. At n-fuze, if you’ve got a great idea, by the end of the week, it can be done! 🚀 This agility has been a game changer for driving meaningful people and culture initiatives, freeing me from the need for lengthy processes like board meetings, extensive business cases, and complex budget approvals to make things happen. Here are just a few of the highlights: 💡 Rolling out new learning sessions in record time as and when we see a skills gap. 💡 Bringing to life the new n-fuze Values, driven by the team, for the team. 💡 Revising policies to guidance with people-first thinking at the core. 💡 And introducing feedback surveys to continuously improve comms and engagement as we grow. 💡 And most recently, launching our Values Awards to celebrate what matters most to us! It’s been an amazing year of fast, impactful change, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead. Here’s to the next chapter! 🙌 p.s. To show how they influence our company’s success and how each employee can contribute to it. Last week, we dived deep into the essence of teamwork and how it shapes our success every day. Our board members shared their perspectives on what “teamwork” means to them, offering valuable insights and inspiration. Many companies are very large, but the weaker the team's basic skills, the lack of user insight, brand equity, large single product and product innovation, quality content, brand big battle and other basic skills. Large enterprises are very dependent on external consulting firms, communication internal consumption, a variety of forms, but instead do not pay attention to the team's basic skills ability system.

Today, I wanted to take a moment to talk about how important it is to always put your team first! At the end of every event, or program, two categories of individuals are affected. The Team The Audience. I'll talk about the latter first. The audience, have a goal in mind, to attend, participate and gain information while having a little bit of fun in between, and possibly talk about other ways the event wouldve been better or praise how good it was. The team on the other hand, handle the tiniest of details, with clear instructions, timeline, tasks sometimes ones bigger than their information scope, and resources spent on making it all happen. Everything done is also with the goal of executing a succesful event. So what happens after? How are the team members rewarded for spending their time to make this happen? My role as a Program Manager is summarised into these 2 main things, Plan and execute programs Organise team and resources needed for these programs to happen. Sometimes these team members are negleted, or sometimes forgotten and not even given proper feedback and care after each program. To make my programs work, i always check-in and say THANK YOU, even when the smallest of activities is done. Nothing is to small to do or say to show that you appreciate the awesome persons in your team working to make programs a success. So when you meet with your team this week, ask yourself; Are you contributing to the well-being and cooperation within the team?, Is everyone happy even when there are delays?, Is there an OPEN culture of allowing opinions and appreciating each person's effort?
