Re-focus & Re-sharpen! Again & Again! See, Feel, Think & Do!

I guess that 2020 has been a turbulent year for most of us, in whatever market you were active! At least, it was for us as ExSeCo. What promised to be a great year and started even with a new joint-venture, ended up in minor honestly. But let us not focus on negativity, let us focus on positivity!

2020 also had a lot of positive for us as it turned out the right time to think and think and think over and over and over again. It turned out the right time to sharpen our mind and our focus and take solid decisions for our future, which we did!

A first quarter in 2021 has just been closed and wow …2021 looks like totally the contrary of 2020, although some situations are exactly as they were even a year ago. But our mind and our attitude has changed and that turns out the key to success! Not only ours, also people's minds of course !

Our focus has changed and that feels so different and better than ever!

We have taken strong decisions and cleared our mind. We realized you cannot be good at many things together, so we decided to go back to our original focus of Transport and Logistics specialist only and let us be great at that! Not just good but great and why not just be the best!

We’ve just ended our cooperation and joint-venture we signed a year ago, refocussing on ExSeCo only! 100 % focus, 100 % result-driven, 100% customer-dedication.

*     We’ve just opened a new office at Liege Airport, a hot place-to-be in logistics in Europe!

*     We added a new consultant to the team to support our present demand and we’re currently 4 people to make it happen!

*     We’ve moved to a specialized CRM system created for recruiters only, enabling more efficiency not only for us but also for our valued and respected customers. A brand-new digital recruitment chain feels so easy to work with and is the best transparent way to cooperate closely with our HR customers & partners.

*     Digital is our new language, also towards potential candidates. Online interviews are daily business, candidates can post their CV or resume and motivation letter directly into our CRM after what the process will start rolling.

*     We've refreshed our website www.exseco.be and soon a corporate video will be shared.

* And so much more...
