Inspiring philanthropy to build strong communities and bring purpose to wealth.

About us

Be BlueRock Foundation is a Public Ancillary Fund which was established by BlueRock in 2020. The Foundation was established for two core reasons: The first reason was to give individuals, families and corporates a cost-efficient and tax-effective way to establish their own sub-funds with the support of a broader foundation. Clients who establish sub-funds with Be BlueRock Foundation are given the freedom to determine their own giving strategy and make distributions to charities of their choice. The second reason was to inspire BlueRock's employees and clients to build stronger communities through the use of their time, talent and treasure. After consulting our staff, the Be BlueRock Foundation made the strategic decision to support three main cause areas that we felt resonated most strongly with us. 1. Conservation, Animals and the Environment 2. Youth Mental Health 3. Financial Literacy for Vulnerable Cohorts To learn more about how to set up a sub-fund or what charities we are currently supporting, please head to our website.

  • 10 December is International Day of Human Rights. Last year marked the 75th anniversary of one of the world's most groundbreaking global pledges: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This milestone document highlights the inalienable rights we all share, regardless of our differences. As UN Secretary-General António Guterres states, “Human rights are the foundation for peaceful, just, and inclusive societies.” Let's use Human Rights Day to transform and protect our future through the power of human rights. Join us in celebrating and advocating for human rights today and every day! ✊📣

  • The Australian Financial Review Corporate Philanthropy 50 list highlights a very important metric...the percentage of profits donated by companies (where information is available). It highlights how private philanthropy can be nurtured by businesses that build wealth and then distribute it back to the community, as illustrated by companies like Fortescue, MYOB and Canva in the Private Philanthropy 50 list. The power of business is clear. “This year also saw a prominent appearance from a growing list of newer industry companies such as Canva, Atlassian, Humanitix and Who Gives A Crap, which are approaching the relationship between philanthropy and business as an even more core part of their DNA." Although it may feel like donations are dwindling due to the current cost-of-living crisis, today's report shows that 70% of companies have increased their community investment. Imagine if every company invested 1% of their profits into the community. Will your business establish a philanthropic strategy? Reach out to our philanthropy team who can show you how! https://lnkd.in/g5DdTNv3

🥳 Today is the Day! 🥳 ✨ The Youth Impact Foundation Giving Day ✨ We need your help to reach our goal of $300,000—which will be doubled through a matching grant! That means your donation could have double the impact, helping us unlock $600,000 to fund life changing and life saving programs that reach young people across the Australia in 2025. This year, we impacted over 200,000 young people across 1,124 schools, through 10 different brands, delivering tailored programs that meet youth where they are. Our mission is simple: to ensure that no young person gets left behind and to ensure every young person we interact with has an experience that lasts a lifetime. Your support helps:  ✨ Young people from regional and rural communities  ✨ Young people facing hardship or disadvantage  ✨ First Nations young people We are so grateful for anything you feel you can contribute to our Giving Day. Donate now: https://lnkd.in/gp7tP_Tv This day wouldn’t be possible without our generous support from The Edward Alexander Foundation and Larry Fingleson. Today we see the generosity of our community in action, thank you, thank you, thank you.
