✨ 📢 Last Wednesday I had the pleasure to co-organize and moderate this amazing roundtable "Bridging Academia, Industry, and Innovation across Europe" with such excellent experience sharers: Laia Espasa, Cristina Vilarmau and Nicolás Ensesa. 🌍 The event was co-organized with the EIT Health Innovators Community and Young European Biotech Network. Throughout the session, we dived into three distinct perspectives: #pharma, #entrepreneurship, and #techtransfer. Our roundtable guests shared valuable lessons from their own journeys, emphasising the importance of understanding your background, setting clear goals, and reflecting on what motivated you to embark on your career path. These insights can help provide clarity and shape your next steps. 🗣 We also discussed how to make informed career choices, from deciding between public and private industry roles to exploring paths in management, technical specialisations, or generalist positions. The importance of continuous learning and adapting strategies as careers progress was a key takeaway from our discussions. 💕 From the EIT Health Innovators Community we continue preparing value proposals to deliver to our community, in this case we hope the attendees felt inspired and ready to take next steps, whether acting on new ideas or considering a pivot in their career.
