Our 2023 Social Report is now available, outlining the progress we’ve made in strengthening our human rights due diligence processes and practices. Last year, we conducted risk assessments across all sourcing countries and Tier 1 factories, with most countries identified as high-risk. Audits in Vietnam and China uncovered issues related to complaints procedures and working conditions, which were addressed through training, improvements to grievance processes, and health and safety resolutions. We also established a sourcing office in Asia, conducted 17 factory visits, and expanded living wage data collection to 17 factories, with eight meeting living wage benchmarks. Looking ahead, we’re focusing on further strengthening our human rights due diligence approach by enhancing governance, transparency, and collaboration with our partners. As you may already know, last week we celebrated the opening of our new shop-in-shop at ILLUM in Copenhagen. But we also marked the occasion with our guests through an unforgettable outdoor experience, exploring Møns Klint, a natural reserve known for its unique chalk cliffs, rich fossil history, and stunning natural beauty. There, we enjoyed a scenic hike, a spectacular lunch, and an inspiring workshop led by renowned chef Mati Pichci. To sum it up - an amazing day.
