OKRs help you by aligning your team(s) and accelerating growth. But you have to apply and measure them in the right way. Here are 5 ways to focus on them: 1. Set 3-5 bold company objectives. Think big (but realistic)! 2. Define measurable key results for each. Get specific! 3. Cascade your OKRs throughout your firm. Use Cascade if you need a tool! 4. Check-in regularly. Weekly's good, quarterly's a must. 5. Keep them transparent. Transparency builds momentum. Pro tip: Aim to hit about 70% of your OKRs. If you're nailing 100%, you're not dreaming big enough.
