It's with great pleasure that we introduce Jenny Wright as the latest addition to the Nine Dots team! 🎉 "Hi, I'm Jenny Wright and I have 20 years experience in the Education and Learning & Development sectors. In my career I've undertaken a range of roles, including teaching languages in secondary schools, delivering apprenticeship and ILM Diploma programmes and supporting learners in local government, working in the HE sector and in the NHS, looking after staff development, medical education and clinical work placements. Prior to this, I had some other interesting roles, such as promoting French food and wines and working as an NHS Complaints Manager. I am a qualified translator. My focus lies in working with individuals to build skills and confidence and I find it immensely rewarding to see the transformative impact of learning and personal development. I find that success comes from really investing time in every learner, seeing their unique talents and reflecting back their potential. I have recently joined Nine Dots as an Apprenticeship Skills Coach. I am looking forward to working with such a brilliant team of skilled and dedicated colleagues - everyone I have met has a team approach and is invested in delivering an excellent service. I am fortunate to be working with such interesting and enthusiastic learners and finding out all about the work that they do in their different sectors. Fun Facts! - I am a massive fan of the original Dallas TV series. I visited Southfork ranch in Texas, where I bumped into Debbie McGee - I love reading and am working my way through the complete works of Charles Dickens - I run while listening to 70s disco classics. I imagine myself dancing away at Studio 54" We're very excited to be expanding our Skills Coaching Team and we can't wait to see Jenny excel in her new role 🌟

I have recently joined Nine Dots as an HR Trainer and Skills Coach and I’m looking forward to working with like-minded professionals, enabling learners to achieve, supporting colleagues and growing with the organisation. Fun Facts! - I have a passion and a mission to ensure that children have a physical book to read. - My first career was as a Chef in HMF (Army) which I am incredibly proud of. Just wrapped up the 1st module of an incredible leadership workshop with my company thyssenkrupp Materials UK Ltd hosted by the amazing team Nine Dots Development Limited 🎯 This first session, *Exploring Your Leadership Style and the Impact You Have*, was all about getting real with ourselves—how we show up as leaders and how our style influences everything around us. 🌱✨ Turns out, it's not just about what you DO —it's about HOW you show up! This module really hit home for me personally. I’m on a journey to live more in the PRESENT MOMENT and embrace mindfulness and gratitude in my everyday life. What really stood out was realising how this approach can impact not only my personal well-being but also my relationships with colleagues and my overall leadership style. It’s a game changer. 🙏 We dove into some seriously eye-opening concepts like **content vs context** in leadership and spent time reflecting on our **ECR (Emotional Capital Report)**. And, of course, we had the “fun” task of exploring the **drama triangle vs presence** (spoiler alert: staying above the line is harder than it sounds, but it’s worth it!) LOL! A huge shoutout to our amazing coach, Jane Devlin Nine Dots Development Limited with her enthusiasm and no-nonsense honesty really kept us all on our toes (and maybe had us doing some deep soul-searching, too)!
