🌟 Announcing the Launch of the CONNECTINGHEALTH Multi-Year Action Plan Brief! 🌟 We're excited to present our latest achievement, the comprehensive Multi-Year Action Plan. This strategic roadmap, developed as part of our two-year project funded by #HorizonEurope European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) lays out a five-year vision for advancing #digitalhealth innovation and creating sustainable #health ecosystems across Europe. Key highlights of our Multi-Year Action Plan include: 1️⃣ Fostering Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong networks among diverse stakeholders to drive collective innovation. 2️⃣ Investing in Future Generations: Ensuring that the next wave of innovators and leaders are well-prepared for the challenges ahead. 3️⃣ Enhancing Public Awareness: Promoting understanding and engagement with digital health advancements. 4️⃣ Creating a Policymaker Map: Providing a clear framework for policymakers to navigate and implement effective digital health strategies. 5️⃣ Building a Knowledge Hub: Establishing a centralised resource for sharing best practices and knowledge in digital health. The Plan prioritises sustainable funding models, ensuring scalability and long-term impact at regional, national, and international levels. 🌐 The project partners of CONNECTINGHEALTH joined forces and together with the help of digital health ecosystems across Europe and produced a comprehensive list of 170 key stakeholders, representing a wide range of stakeholders from the digital health field from 13 countries. 📢Further, the objective of WP5 was to engage the other project stakeholders in WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP6 to ensure that the project’s efforts were sustainable, inclusive, and had meaningful impact.
