  • We are celebrating Hirsch & Mann for their win in the Digital Signage & Content category at the 2024 Convrt Awards for their innovative project: "Infinite Dreams." 🏆 Learn more about their entry below… Infinite Dreams is a real-time generative artwork initially created for H&M’s newly refurbished flagship store in Regent St, London. It is showcased on a large-scale LED canvas spanning two stories in the central atrium space. The animations are inspired by shimmering fabric floating in the air, resulting in bold and colourful backdrops. The dynamic canvas engages with customers as they move between the store floors on the escalator, by tracking their movements through a series of ceiling cameras and translating them into rippling trails across the artwork.This unexpected interaction allows customers to establish a stronger connection with the retail space, leaving behind their ephemeral mark on the wall - thus incorporating them into the architecture itself. As a permanent artwork, Infinite Dreams has been designed to continuously change in line with seasonal campaigns and collections, reinforcing the in-store experience for customers over time. So they were looking to create an in-store experience that honored their commitment to their customers and the level of premium quality and service they provide. With experience agency ChangeUp, we created a space that demonstrated KUIU's expertise, unparalleled gear, and didn’t just look like another outdoor retail store. The store’s striking visuals inspire shoppers to envision themselves on their once-in-a-lifetime adventure. From the epic exterior windows featuring KUIU’s outdoor apparel in action, to a tailored concierge shopping experience, we designed powerful moments for customers to learn more at every touchpoint. It was important to find solutions to simplify the intricate product story, such as the Pack Experience section of the store which is customizable and ensures shoppers have the correct gear for their journey. Learn more about their entry below… When online shoppers know exactly what they want, they’re typically well-served by existing forms of product discovery solutions: that is, navigating to the item on an ecommerce site or using the site’s search bar to search for it (in terse terms, kind of like a caveperson... gotta make sure the search engine understands!). However, there are times when shoppers DON’T know the best item(s) to fulfill their need: They may be looking for supplies for a new hobby, the perfect birthday gift, or meals that’ll appeal to grownups and vegetable-averse kids alike.
