This sustainable initiative is thriving due to the community’s enthusiasm, dedication, and sense of ownership 🙌, showcasing how collective efforts can lead to economic empowerment. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀: Each partner, motivated and confident, is producing an impressive 𝟱𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 🍄 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱. While Udyogini has provided essential 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 🎓, the community has stepped up with contributions to 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🛖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, reinforcing their 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. This reflects not only their ownership but also their pride in building a 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 💪. The community’s passion and contribution have made this a model for long-term success, with strong ties established for selling the mushrooms at an average of ₹𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗴 💰 to vendors and middlemen. This 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 is fostering resilience within the community. On July 18th, Samunnati hosted a successful workshop with Bihpro in Bihar to support the growth and sustainability of FPOs. Through targeted workshops and state-level events, we aim to raise awareness and foster collaboration among FPOs, ecosystem players, and stakeholders, enhancing revenue streams and driving growth. BIHPRO currently has 10 FPOs covering 15 districts and has plans for ₹8 crore turnover in FY24. Following the FPOs Kickoff Summit, we will continue with quarterly workshops aligned with the Rabi and Kharif seasons, culminating in an Annual Summit to review progress and plan for the future. Mr. Pravesh Sharma, Director of Samunnati highlighted Bihar's potential, stating, "With proper assistance and market opportunities, Bihar-based farmers can revolutionize the agriculture sector with their world-class farming products."
