You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract top tech talent using various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending offers. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated with industry trends and technology to effectively recruit for specialized roles. Use recruitment metrics and data to drive improvements in the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 Years proven experience as a recruiter, in the tech industry. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements (e.g., software developers, data scientists, engineers). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with technical assessment tools and platforms. Familiarity with the tech industry and understanding of local talent market trends.
