As part of the PwC Nederland team, I supported PNO Consultants - Nederland in improving their financial reporting following their acquisition by Bencis.   With the implementation of a comprehensive financial reporting solution, PNO now has a consolidated and integrated view of their financial performance for all stakeholders, including the board, the bank, and Bencis.   After cleaning and transforming the data, a user-friendly financial reporting dashboard was created. This dashboard enabled PNO to utilize an efficient and interactive tool to gain insights into their financial situation and provide valuable information to stakeholders.   It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with the PNO team and contributing to their success and transformation.
