I was reading a quote by Simon Sinek: "Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge." It’s same what we believe at SparxIT. True leaders aren’t defined by titles or positions. Their power comes from within. They lead with empathy, help their team grow, and provide opportunities. They make sure everyone feels respected and valued. Leadership is about lifting others up and guiding them to success. Agree?
